Tuesday, October 14, 2025 -- Featuring an Elvis impersonator and showgirls, officiated by Gene Simmons, and witnessed by members of KISS, Pantera, Mötley Crüe, Dream Theater, The Violent Hour, Nickleback, and Chris Jericho, on Sunday, October 12, singer Carla Harvey and Anthrax’s Charlie Benante exchanged wedding vows with a Rock’n’Roll Twist, live music and a vegan wedding cake, at The Secret Garden in Las Vegas.

 

Dressed in a floral lace mermaid gown, Carla made her grand entrance driving a vintage Corvette, then walked down the isle to Guns N’ Roses’ “November Rain.”  The two exchanged their handwritten vows, then shared their first dance to U2’s “All I Want is You.”  U2 has unknowingly been instrumental in Carla and Charlie’s relationship, as Charlie proposed to Carla during a U2 show at The Sphere in Las Vegas in January, 2024.  

 

The wedding guests were suprised late that night with a food truck that featured Elvis’ famously indulgent peanut butter and banana sandwiches, along with a helping of burgers and fries.  At the end of the soiree, the wedding guests each received a custom Bride of Frankenstein doll, made to look like the happy couple, as a thank you for being a part of the special occasion.

 

With Carla and Charlie in the proces of completing the second EP for Carla’s band, The Violent Hour, and a new Anthrax album in the offing, there are no honeymoon plans at this time, but the two will definitely be spending some serene and relaxing time together.
