Greta Van Fleet is the best new guitar-rock band I've heard in a LONG time. Great songs and playing, and lead singer

Josh Kiszka has one of those high-flying, muscular voices that makes rock 'n' roll great.”

-- Michael Norman, Cleveland Plain Dealer/Cleveland.com, 8/24/17

“The crowd responded just as you imagine listeners to early Zeppelin did – loudly and rowdily responsive,

as if it knew it was hearing something not only good, but important.”  -- John Moser, The (Allentown) Morning Call, 8/27/17

LOS ANGELES, CA - August, 2017 -- Exploding at radio, press, online and in concert, one of the hottest new rock bands today, Greta Fan Fleet announces additional dates for its first-ever headline U.S. tour kicking off August 15 in Columbus, Ohio.  Four months ago, unless you were locked into the local Michigan music scene, you’d never heard of this band, but today, Greta Van Fleet is erupting with their “Highway Tune,” racking up more than more than 3.3-million Spotify downloads, currently #2 at Mainstream Rock radio, #3 at Active Rock radio, and a companion video that has sailed past 1.7-million YouTube views.  The band's debut EP Black Smoke Rising, entered the iTunes American and Canadian Rock chart at #1, and all of their headline shows are sold-out on the August/September headline run.

In addition to the band’s headline dates, Greta Van Fleet’s tour will include stops at several major rock festivals including Louisville’s Louder Than Life, Rock Allegiance in Camden, NJ, Houston’s Open Air, the Aftershock Festival in Sacramento, and two major radio shows, WRIF-FM’s Riff Fest in Detroit, and Madison, WI’s WJJO’-FMs Sonic Boom Festival.  Tickets for the these dates are on sale now, log onto gretavanfleet.com for purchasing information.

Greta Van Fleet - brothers Josh (vocals), Jake (guitar) and Sam Kiszka (bass, keyboards) and best friend drummer Danny Wagner - are dedicated to bringing real rock’n’roll back to the mainstream.  The band delivers high-energy, sweaty, sexy rock’n’roll loaded with attitude and bravado that exemplifies each band member’s killer musical chops and Josh’s simply jaw-dropping voice.  Their four-song debut EP Black Smoke Rising was released on April 21 and has accrued some pretty impressive press notices, with Michigan’s MLive music critic John Gonzalez posing the question, “Is America’s next greatest rock band from Michigan?”
